Embroidery: A Patch

Want to learn to make an embroidery patch, then this class is for you.  This is a 3-hour class.  When you sign up, please ensure you email us at sewmanythingsle@yahoo.com and provide us with what digitized format you need.  This digitized embroidery design is for your use and it is included in the class.  This must be received 48 hours prior to class.  Due to the time it takes to digitize, I cannot accept any late requests.

This class is specifically set to build your skill set on how to use wash-away stabilizer, applique, float fabric, and clear topper.   It is imperative that you know how to use your embroidery machine.

Class Supplies:

1. Wash away Tearaway
2. Iron-on Clear Topper
3. Coordinating embroidery thread
4. Fusible Interfacing
5. Embroidery machine with power cord and accessories
6. 4x4 hoop
7. 8in fabric square.

One final note: We strongly encourage you to bring your own embroidery machine.  However, I know with today's newest embroidery machines weigh upwards of 45lbs thus making them quite heavy to bring back and forth to class (especially if you have no one to help move them for you).  You can attend without; however, we may not have a machine for you to use so you may have to share.  Whether we do or not, please bring your supplies so that if one is available, we can get your project started as well.  Our plan is to team you with someone that has a machine there that you can work with.  When signing up, please email us so that we can plan accordingly.  If you choose to come, watch, & learn with the hope of embroidering your project, the cost is the same.
