Do you want to learn to sew? In this course we will take you through the steps while creating 4 different projects. During this 4-session course you will construct a pillowcase with French seams, a zippered bag embellished with decorative stitches, a potholder with binding and finally a table runner. You will learn to read/follow a pattern, pattern layout, choosing appropriate fabrics for the selected projects, elastic insertion, zipper insertion, buttonholes. The material fee covers the cost of materials needed to complete the projects. Supply List: Standard home sewing machine (owner manual, power cord, foot pedal), machine needles-universal sz 80 and embroidery, thread, scissors, pins.

Requirements:
Basic sewing supplies: sewing machine with cords and manual, fabric scissors, thread, pins, tape measure, ruler, marking pencil. Sewing machine rental (sale) is available, all sewing supplies available for purchase.
