What Machines do we service?
We are a full-service sewing machine cleaning, maintenance, & repair shop.
We typically service most makes and models; however, at this time, we are only servicing Handiquilter, Brother, Janome, & Elna machines.

Repair Time frame
Our time frame is about 4 to 8 weeks and varies depending on the type of services rendered, if parts are needed, if the part is back-ordered, etc. One of our Techs will contact you on the status and if the time frame is longer.

Pricing
Our pricing depends on the type of service needed. All work is performed in-house at our shop. Repair pricing depends on the type of service, model, and condition of your machine. Parts, if needed to complete a repair, are extra. We may not always have parts on hand for every brand and model of the machine, but we can generally source them.
